Librarius.net

Salvete Omnes,

Librarius.net is, as its name tends to underline it, an online bookshop which sells books on ancient Rome, ancient Greece and other civilizations.

A French site (also in English) Librarius looks like any other online vending web site: simple and clear, maybe to the detriment of its esthetics, and it is really not that fasts.

Availing itself to 15,000 online titles, Librarius holds a few surprises for amateurs and professionals. For instance, you will be able to find there the twelve Astérix albums available in latin, the illustrated books by Jean Golvin, and many specialized works
on roman economy or epigraphy.

Navigation on the Librarius.net site is structured around forty genres (art, religion, war, numismatics, comics, etc.). Some of them are currently empty or sparse. Horizontal windows in the top of the page reinforce the thematical point of view (old or new books, gifts, etc..).

Librarius.net also has a small collection of CD-ROMs, DVDs and a product line
(T-shirts, sweats, calendars, mugs, clocks...) that is not that original or warm.

Anyway, the detour by Librarius, especially to find a book that is unavailable in the corner shop, may be useful.
